Hail damage insurance claim with supplement — 15.5 squares — Malarkey Vista AR shingles — installed in one day
This Bennington home (68007) needed a new roof after hail damage. Goodlife Exteriors measured the roof with HOVER, worked the insurance claim, submitted a supplement to the carrier for items missing from the first estimate, and installed a complete Malarkey roof system in a single day in October 2026.

The homeowner came to Goodlife Exteriors by referral after hail damaged the roof. We measured the roof with HOVER (1,554 sq ft over 7 facets, with about 58 feet of hips and ridges and 20 feet of valleys) so every line item on the insurance estimate could be checked against real measurements.
The first insurance estimate did not cover everything the roof needed, so we submitted a supplement to the carrier and followed up until it was resolved.
On install day our crew tore the roof off to the deck, replaced damaged decking, installed ice and water barrier at the eaves and valleys, dried the roof in with synthetic underlayment, and installed Malarkey Vista AR shingles with 12″ RidgeFlex hip and ridge caps and new ridge vent.
The complete replacement was finished in one day. As a Malarkey Certified Residential Contractor, Goodlife registers the manufacturer warranty after installation.
